Untuk seri keempat Twilight ini, untuk pertamakalinya Muse tidak ikut menyumbangkan lagunya dalam daftar soundtrack. Sebelumnya, Muse telah menyumbangkan lagu seperti Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever) untuk Eclipse, I Belong to You untuk New Moon dan Supermassive Black Hole untuk seri pertama Twilight.

Band-band non-mainstream hampir mendominasi deretan pengisi Soundtrack Breaking Dawn Part 1 dimana daftar lengkapnya bisa Anda lihat dibawah. Anda juga bisa mendengarkan secara utuh lagu It Will Rain dari Bruno Mars yang menjadi lead single untuksoundtrack film yang akan tayang perdana pada awal November nanti. Album soundtrack ini sendiri akan rilis mulai tanggal 8 November 2011.
